Furniture, rugs, lighting and various other household items are available at Restoration Hardware Outlet stores. These are typically either items from previous seasons that are being phased out or ones that are not in perfect condition. They cost much less than they would in a regular Restoration Hardware store.
Imperfections in items at the outlet stores range from something as simple as a small scratch to the item not being in the correct or original packaging.
As of July 2015, there are 15 RH Furniture Outlets located within the United States. These stores allow customers to sign up for email promotions and sale notifications. However, they do not ship merchandise and do not allow holds. Those interested in making a purchase at an outlet store must make the transaction in a store location only, as they do not sell online.
For even more savings, it is possible to sign up for either a Restoration Hardware credit card or an RH Card. An RH Card account enrolls users into a points program, through which they can earn a point for every dollar spent. When the customer reaches a certain number of points, she receives rewards such as gift cards and discounts on future purchases.
