Keurig services its Mr. Coffee, Cuisinart and Breville products within 30 days of purchase only if the brewer was purchased directly from Keurig.com. If purchased elsewhere or if repairs are needed more than 30 days after the purchase date, contact the customer service department of the relevant manufacturer.
Contact Keurig customer service before sending a brewer in for service to receive an Authorization to Return number. Brewers returned without an ATR number are returned to the sender without servicing.
