As of 2015, all Keurig coffee makers come with a one-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase and covers material defects and failure due to poor workmanship. The warranty is valid only on brewers used in the United States and Canada.
Keurig’s website lists items not covered by the limited warranty and other limitations for warranty repair. According to the warranty, if the unit is authorized for return, Keurig can choose to either repair the coffee maker or replace it with a new or refurbished unit. Replacement units come with the same one-year limited warranty, effective on the shipment date of the replacement unit. Keurig pays shipping costs for any authorized return.
