Jung Seeds ensures its products are of high quality by offering seeds grown in-house and not reselling seeds from larger seed companies. Jung Seeds sells only naturally bred plants and seeds, and it does not sell genetically modified products.
While Jung Seeds aims to maintain a high standard of quality in its items, seeds are natural products that inevitably vary. All Jung seeds come with a basic guarantee. Jung provides either replacement seeds or store credit for seeds that fail to germinate, grow or thrive. For seeds bought during sales events, Jung only offers store credit vouchers.
Jung guarantees its seeds provided that customers follow the germination and growing directions on the seed packets. If the seeds fail to thrive due to errors made by the customer, Jung does not provide a refund or replacement.
Jung Seeds has different guarantee conditions for plants sown in spring versus those planted at other times of year. While spring-sown seeds are guaranteed against failure to grow and thrive, seeds sown in the fall or during winter have additional guarantee requirements. These seeds are not covered against problems due to harsh winter weather or rodent damage. Also, Jung Seeds requires the customer to notify the company by the following June to receive a store credit voucher or replacement seeds.
