British Gas' HomeCare coverage consists of four different home appliance and utility repair coverage plans that give homeowners access to the company's technicians and service hotline. As of 2015, HomeCare covers a wide variety of items, including boilers, boiler controls, central heating units, plumbing and home electrics.
British Gas offers HomeCare at four different coverage tiers. At the basic HomeCare One package, the homeowner only receives coverage for annual boiler service, boiler units and boiler controls. All four HomeCare products also allow the homeowner to request unlimited service call outs annually, to receive day and night service coverage, and to access over 6,500 engineers.
