To make peanut buttercup brownies, melt butter, sugar and cocoa powder together in a microwave. Pour the mixture into an Oster Versa blender, and add flour, eggs and vanilla essence. Blend the mixture to create a smooth batter, and pour the batter into a lined pan. Spoon peanut butter into the batter, and swirl using a skewer before baking.
To make Moroccan soup, blend tomatoes and onions on medium speed until roughly chopped. Cook the mixture in a pan, adding cilantro, parsley and lentils. Add stock, spices and chickpeas, and let the soup cool before blending at high speed to create a smooth soup.
For almond milk, blend raw almonds and water at high speed for four to five minutes using an Oster Versa blender. Strain the mixture through a nut bag, and add sweetener. Blend the sweetened mixture on low speed to mix in the sweetener.
