Liquid oil and oil stains can often be removed from cement driveways with specially formulated oil removers. These products are generally available in home improvement and auto parts stores.
A few common household products can sometimes help remove oil and stains from a driveway, as well. Concentrated dish soaps with grease-fighting abilities, such as Dawn dish soap, can break down the oil and remove it from the cement. Many soda drinks can help, as well, because of the phosphoric acid contained within them. If those remedies do not work, power washing can generally remove oil and other stains from driveways and sidewalks.
