The Oklahoma Joe Longhorn barbecue smoker features 1,085 square inches of cooking surface and uses either charcoal or liquefied petroleum gas as a fuel. Its three stainless steel gas burners provide 36,000 British thermal units of heat. Its cooking grates are porcelain-coated cast iron for easy cleanup.
The unit features a 12,000-Btu side burner for preparing foods off the grill. It also has a side shelf that provides a place to set food when preparing to place it on the grill. Each access door to the grill has a cool-touch spring handle that allows the user to open the doors without burns. A warming plate allows the chef to keep food warm until he is ready to serve the meal.
A charcoal access door allows the cook to add fuel to the unit without having to lift the grills out of the way. A removable drip tray allows him to empty grease that collects as he cooks. Each of the cooking chambers has its own separate temperature gauge, allowing the cook to monitor and adjust the heat.
The barbecue smoker features 10-inch wagon wheels that make it easy to move it. It has a tool holder and storage for other accessories.
