Marlette manufactured homes feature pre-installed name brand carpeting, energy saving windows and doors, energy efficient ventilation systems, a selection of siding options and full roof, floor and wall insulation. Unlike many prefabricated home manufacturers, Marlette also provides the land for its homes through its authorized home center outlets.
Marlette offers manufactured homes in four basic series: the Hearthside, Laurel Manor, Pendant and Horizon series. Each series is available with a number of different options, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as amenities such as gas fireplaces and outdoor decks. Marlette produces the homes of each series in a variety of floor plans and sizes. The homes range in size from a minimum of 800 square feet to a maximum of 1,813 square feet.
While all of Marlette's homes are designed with energy efficiency in mind, the company also produces a line of greener Energy Star-compliant homes. Marlette's Energy Star homes feature thicker, more energy efficient insulation than standard models. Marlette reduces its customers' utility bills by installing multi-paned, coated windows in all of its Energy Star homes. Energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems turn on less frequently and run for less time than standard climate control equipment, further reducing utility costs for homeowners.
