There are 21 Edwin M. Knowles china patterns, including Yorktown, Potomac, Solar and Street Song. The company also produced a number of collectible plate series.
The Edwin M. Knowles China Company began producing pottery at the start of the 20th century. China dishes from the company date from the 1930s and feature a number of early American patterns that include flowers, nature and pastel colors. The Yorktown and Potomac patterns were produced in the 1930s and 1940s respectively, while the remaining patterns were produced between 1950 and 1959.
In addition to their early American and American Modern patterns, the Edwin M. Knowles developed a number of collectible and holiday-focused plate patterns, including original oil painting reproductions, movie imagery, holiday collections and nature collections.
