Dwarf Mondo grass is a low-growing plant with leaf blades that are two to four inches in length. When grown from seed, it will take from two weeks to up to six months for them to germinate. The seeds should be fresh, as older seeds will take longer to germinate. After planting, the seeds need to be placed in a cool area and the soil kept moist at all times.
An easier way of propagating this plant is by digging up a large clump and cutting it into smaller clumps, then planting them in new locations. Keep watering the transplanted clumps until established.Learn more about Gardening & Landscapes
