As compared to Moen kitchen faucets, Delta faucets offer a greater variety of finishes and smarter special features. Both brands offer several different models of kitchen faucets that vary in terms of handle operation, decorating style and number of handles. Faucet prices between the two brands are comparable.
Delta offers around 109 models of kitchen faucets, whereas Moen has approximately 173 models. Both brands offer kitchen faucets in three styles: traditional, modern or contemporary, and transitional. Under each faucet style, there are several different faucet models from which to choose.
Additionally, both Delta and Moen provide a choice between one and two handles for the faucets and the number of holes to be filled. Faucet spouts from these brands are available in high and standard or low arc shape. Faucets by both brands include beverage faucets, pot fillers, pull out or pull down faucets and bar and prep faucets.
However, while Moen offers three popular finishes, chrome, bronze and spot resist stainless steel, Delta provides a greater finish range that includes black, arctic stainless, oil-rubbed bronze, white, stainless and chilli pepper, and stainless and cracked pepper.
Special features provided with Moen faucets include ADA compliance, filtering systems and soap dispensers. In comparison, Delta offers smarter special features, such as the Touch20 technology that turns on water with a touch on the faucet, electronic sensors and side-sprayers.
Although their faucet prices are comparable, Delta attempts to keep its prices slightly lower.
