As of 2015, HealthMaster blenders are available at Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair and JC Penney. They can also be purchased directly from the Living Well HealthMaster website using a one-time payment or installment option.
The HealthMaster series is part of the Living Well brand developed by celebrity talk show host, author and philanthropist Montel Williams. The series is aimed at customers who want to make healthy meals using fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients, and the two major products include the HealthMaster and HealthMaster Elite. Both models are available in black, white and red and feature a spacious 70-ounce pitcher that can accommodate several servings of food. The HealthMaster Elite has an upgraded BPA-free pitcher, a more powerful motor and an additional 100 watts of power.
Both models are designed to offer the combined functionality of 20 kitchen appliances, including immersion blenders, hand mixers, meat grinders, spice mills and graters. Beyond basic preparation tasks, HealthMaster products are able to make ice cream, shred cooked meat, knead dough and simmer soup. The intense buildup of friction during mixing can heat foods, allowing users to make entire meals in the blender.
To prevent messes, the blenders don't turn on unless all components are correctly assembled and the pitcher and lid are locked in place. The units also shut down automatically when they detect overheating.
