A chevron bedding set includes two or more coordinated pieces of bed linens designed with a large, bold V-shaped stripe known as a chevron. Frequently the pattern includes two or more colors, but a more subtle way to create it is using textures such as stitching, knitting or crocheting.
A bedding set typically includes coordinating pieces such as a duvet cover or comforter and pillow shams. It may also include sheets, pillowcases and a dust ruffle. To extend the look beyond the bedroom, many decorators choose chevron-patterned curtains and throw pillows as well as towels and a shower curtain for an adjacent bathroom.
