Replacement parts for a GE dryer are available on the GE Appliances website and the Sears Parts Direct website. At the GE website, customers can also return the damaged or broken parts, schedule a servicing and purchase accessories.
GE offers a limited one-year warranty on all parts, however, to fulfill the warranty, the customer must return the damaged part or appliance to the original vendor. To return a part after the warranty has passed, the customer receives a Return Materials Authorization from GE and instructions on how to complete the returns process. GE additionally offers a variety of shipping options, such as next day deliver, two-day delivery and standard delivery.
