As of 2015, the Turbobaster is not available for purchase, and the product's website is no longer functional. The Turbobaster is a battery-powered kitchen product designed to siphon juice, inject marinade and baste food.
The idea of the Turbobaster was originally featured on the show "Shark Tank" in 2009. Marian Cruz, the inventor of the Turbobaster, presented the idea with no working prototype, no sales and no idea of the manufacturing costs. Despite this, she struck a business deal with entrepreneur Kevin Harrington to produce and sell her product. TV Goods acquired the marketing rights to Turbobaster in 2010, but the item's production never began.
