Carrier provides a list of dealers for its ComfortZone II thermostats on its company website, as of 2015. Amazon carries other thermostats by Carrier, but not the ComfortZone model.
On the Carrier home page, select the Find a Dealer button located on the top navigation bar. Type the local zip code in the Zip Code/Postal Code box and press the magnifying glass to view a list of dealers in the area. Use the View drop-down menu to limit search results by vendor characteristics such as speaking Spanish or having installation staff with North American Technician Excellence certification.
Search results show the details of the vendor, including name, address, links to directions and a company website if available. A phone number and a link to email the company for information also appear. Icons showing the company's qualifications include ones that demonstrate that the seller is an Authorized Carrier Dealer, a Healthy Air Expert, NATE Trained or able to offer Ductless Split Systems.
The ComfortZone II thermostat is a mid-range product, allowing users to program a different mix of temperature and humidity for every day of the week. It works with sensors that measure temperature outdoors as well as in rooms and ducting to create up to eight separate zones.
