The Stream Energy website allows customers to create a My Stream account where they can access billing information, make a one-time payment or set up an auto payment plan.
For customers who do not have a My Stream account, the toll-free number connects to the pay center, which is open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as of 2015.
Stream Energy customers can locate access to account information and pay their bills by mail once they know the amount owed. To find the pay center address for the appropriate state, customers can click on the state in which they live on the Stream Energy payment page. Customers can also locate the nearest pay center by clicking on their state on the pay page or they can use the Stream Energy Pay Center Locator.
The Stream Energy website provides links to customer support through e-mail, online request forms and phone numbers for specific departments, and the frequently asked questions sections help answer many common questions.
For customers who already have a My Stream account, they can simply click on the My Account link to enter their username and password to obtain the information they need.
