After filling out the notary form and have the form notarized, the owner can either fax it to 585-381-2940, email it to email@example.com or mail it to 882 Linden Ave, Roch., NY 14625. The next step requires the owner to select the shipping method and quantity. Proceeding to the next page, the owner has to enter billing and shipping information. Finally, the owner has to pay the service fee online. If needs to, the owner can call Sentry Safe customer service toll-free at 800-828-1438, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.
Sentry Safe does not process safe keys that require a notarized statement of ownership until the owner has faxed, emailed or mailed the notarized statement of ownership. Sentry Safe ships standard delivery orders in seven to 10 business days and ships express delivery orders in two business days.
