As of February 2015, consumers can schedule service for a GE Monogram appliance online or by phoning 800-444-1845 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. If weekend service is required, consumers can call 800-432-2737 on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
To schedule service online via a Web form, consumers need both the model number and serial number of the GE Monogram product, a description of the problem and their ZIP codes. Contact information and a date and time for the appointment is also necessary. There are helpful links within the online form for those who need help finding the serial number or if the model number is unknown.
