Shark's website contains information on all its products. The website does not contain an actual list of the products but does offer products by category as of 2015. Each category has a tab while some category tabs contain subcategories for further product selection.
The category tabs are on the top of the home page. The customer clicks on the general category that is of interest. Additional category tabs are located on the right hand side of the webpage. When the category or subcategory tab opens up, the customer is given the option of viewing the various models within that category. When the customer selects a specific model, a complete description of the item is offered. In addition to the description, ratings, reviews and tips are provided regarding that item. Parts and accessories, frequently asked questions and copies of manuals can also be found on this page.
In addition to specific product information, the website allows the customer to order the product, track her order and register her product. If further information is required, the customer can utilize a live chat option with a customer service representative. Live chat is available Monday to Saturday 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard time and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The customer can also call the company at 800-798-7398.
