To find a troubleshooting guide for a Keurig coffeemaker, navigate to the official Keurig website and click on the Support tab located at the top of the page. From here, find the required form of support, and click on the appropriate link. This loads a page featuring FAQs, videos and troubleshooting guides about the selected model. Alternatively, type the model name into the search bar located in the top right corner.
