Customers can download a full manual to a specific product from the Mr. Heater website. Click on Parts/Manuals in the top bar from the Mr. Heater homepage and enter the product's serial number.
After entering a serial number from the Parts/Manuals page, customers also have access to interactive schematics for their specific products. The schematics help customers identify and order the correct parts to a product. Customers with products produced in the year 2011 and earlier should call the number provided on the Parts/Manuals page. Manuals and schematics for those products are not in the online system.
Some troubleshooting information appears directly on the website. Click on FAQS under the Support menu on the homepage. Under Tags in the side bar, click on Troubleshooting. Blog posts appear that include troubleshooting charts for specific products. Three blog posts include links to guides for specific products, Mr. Heater Little Buddy, Mr. Heater Big Buddy and Mr. Heater Convection.
Customers who do not have serial numbers and cannot find troubleshooting information for their products on the website can contact the company. The Contact Us page includes a phone number and contact form. Click on Contact Us under Site Links on the bottom of the homepage.
