Hardy wood furnaces and heaters can only be purchased from one of the company's local dealers, as of 2015. Hardy has more than 500 local dealers located across the United States, all of which are overseen by one of five regional distributors.
The Hardy website has a list of the regional distributors that are in charge of each area of the country. To find a local dealer in a specific area, it is necessary to contact the regional distributor using the online form or the contact information provided on the website.
Hardy produces seven different models of wood-fired furnaces that use cordwood fuel and one model that uses wood pellet fuel. The company also produces two different furnace models that use coal for fuel. Hardy wood furnaces range in terms of output from 120,000 to over 250,000 Btu's. All Hardy wood furnaces come with a 25-year limited warranty, while the wood pellet and coal furnaces include a 10-year limited warranty. All units are constructed of stainless steel, and two units, the KB125 and KB165 wood furnaces, are Phase 2 Qualified by the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection.
In addition to furnaces, Hardy also produces residential and commercial forced air heat exchangers.
