Atlas pasta makers are available online at Sur la Table, Target and Amazon as of 2015. In select markets, Sur la Table also carries the pasta machines in store.
The Atlas pasta maker comes with the machine itself, a table clamp for stability and a crank handle. In addition to the nickel-plated steel rollers with nine thickness settings, the machine includes a basic cutter for fettuccine or vermicelli. It also includes a 12-page instruction booklet with recipes and color photos. The manufacturer offers a three-year limited warranty.
The Atlas pasta machine has 15 different attachments available separately. They range from fine angel hair pasta and spaghetti cutters to broad pappardelle and traditional linguine cutters. Sur la Table offers many of these accessories and offers a broad array of other pasta-making tools, including drying racks, ravioli stamps and pasta forks. Sur la Table offers the Atlas machine in red and black as well as in traditional stainless steel. Amazon offers the machine in colors including navy, green, copper and bronze. Target only offers the machine in stainless steel.
The machine should be hand washed and allowed to dry thoroughly before storing. Prior to hand washing, any pasta dough left in the cutters can be removed with a whisk broom or small scrub brush once it dries out.
