As of 2015, the only M-Series appliances that Wolf produces are single or double built-in wall ovens. The Wolf M-Series built-in wall ovens are available in three different styles: Contemporary, Transitional and Professional.
Although the M-Series is only available in 30-inch models as of 2015, the company has announced two 27-inch models and one 36-inch model for 2016. The 27-inch models are designed in both single and double ovens. The company is releasing these three new models in the Transitional style only.
The Transitional style comes with black glass doors set in a stainless steel frame, while the Contemporary style is more minimalist. It features a handle-free design, a color-LCD touch panel and sleek black glass. The Professional design features Wolf's famous red control knobs and a gleaming stainless steel finish.
All Wolf M-Series ovens feature the company's trademark Dual Verti-Cross convection system. These models also come with Gourmet Mode, which features more than 50 different pre-sets that tell the user exactly how to cook certain dishes, including temperature and rack position. After choosing the Gourmet Mode setting, the user simply has to insert the temperature probe and put the dish in the oven, and the unit should take care of the cooking process.
