The 18-inch American Doll topped Internet sells among toys, with dancer Isabelle Palmer as the Girl of the Year. Blast from the Past My Little Pony came in at second on the list, with Paw Patrol rescue animals at third. Lego Friends offers toys for both girls and boys, with many being targeted to girls between ages 6 and 12. Preschoolers clamored for cartoon "Peppa Pig" books, stuffed animals and toys.
Top Christmas gifts for adults included Handsome Prince grooming boxes, a skin regimen for men that includes face cleaner, body wash, face scrub, deodorant and shave cream, all in masculine scents such as sandalwool and peppercorn. Personalized Nutella jars was also popular among all ages and genders. Fitbit wristbands, which track steps, calories and sleep, were also popular among shoppers, as were sea salt caramel truffles.
