To make a Cinderella carriage centerpiece, purchase a mini pumpkin and place it on top of newspaper laid across a flat surface in a room with good ventilation. Use white glitter spray paint to paint the entire pumpkin. Allow the pumpkin to dry for an hour, and then apply another coat of spray paint.
Once the pumpkin is dry, use gold acrylic latex paint and a small paint brush to paint the stem of the pumpkin. Let the paint dry for about an hour, and then paint thin gold lines in the creases of the pumpkin using only the tip of the small paint brush. Take four bottle caps and cover them with the white glitter spray paint. Once dry, use the gold paint to paint small circles and wheel spokes onto the flat part of the bottle caps. When these dry, use a hot glue gun and apply glue on the outside edge of each bottle cap before gluing them to the bottom side of the pumpkin where wheels belong.
When the glue sets, stand the pumpkin on the bottle caps. Place the carriage in the center of the table on top of some thin gold garland. Arrange the garland around the carriage to represent the gold vines of the Cinderella carriage as it transforms.
