There are several guessing games for parties, including popular games such as "charades" and "Who am I?" Other guessing games to take part in at a party may include "hidden proverbs," "twenty questions," "hangman" and "dictionary game."
In the game "charades," players form groups of four or five individuals each. The first group then chooses a word to act out, then acts out the first syllable and ultimately the whole word. If the opposing team still does not guess correctly, the same team acts out a second word. For "Who am I?" participants choose one name for every individual playing then stick that name on someone else's back or forehead. Each individual gets 20 "yes or no" questions to determine who that person is.
