The 2014 Lay's "Do Us A Flavor" contest was won by Meneko Spigner McBeth. Her winning flavor was "Kettle Cooked Wasabi Ginger," and the flavor hit stores shelves in late 2014.
The other finalist flavors in the 2014 contest were "Cheddar Bacon Mac & Cheese," "Mango Salsa" and "Cappuccino." Lay's has expressed interest in bringing some of these flavors to store shelves.
The contest was also held in 2013. The winner of that contest was Karen Weber-Mendham and her "Cheesy Garlic Bread" flavor. The other finalist flavors in the 2013 contest were "Sriracha" and "Chicken & Waffles." All of these flavors made appearances on store shelves.
