Trampoline tricks ranging from beginner to expert include the seat drop, half twist, back drop, front or back somersault, barani, crash dive, polyiarush and the triple back. These moves can be made in five different positions: straight, tuck, puck, pike and straddle.
To perform a straight jump, the body must be in a vertical line. The tuck jump requires the legs to be pulled into the chest. The pike jump occurs when the legs are parallel and together while the hands reach toward pointed toes. The puck is an intermediate position between tuck and pike. The straddle jump is very similar to the pike except the legs are split sideways rather than facing forward.
