Printable Pokémon EX cards are perfect for an avid Pokémon fan with a budget. The first step to printing these cards out is visiting Pokemon.com and clicking the Explore Pokémon button on the top-left corner. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click on the Browse the Card Database button to be taken to the database of trading cards. From there, you can choose the EX cards you want to print by scrolling down to the EX subsection and selecting any or all Pokémon from categories such as Power Keepers, Holon Phantoms and Unseen Forces.

Hit the Search button below to showcase all the Pokémon fitting the chosen category, and click on a Pokémon that you wish to print. This next page shows statistics and an image of the Pokémon EX card. Right-click the image, and select Save Image As from the drop-down menu. Choose a location to save, then import the image into Microsoft Publisher or a similar template-based program with the same height/width dimensions as a standard Pokémon EX card. Select a double-sided Publisher template, and copy images of Pokémon EX card backs with the same dimensions. Add multiple Pokémon EX cards using the same process as needed. Print on thick, card stock paper, and use a paper cutter or scissors to separate the cards.
