"Surgeon Simulator" is played by controlling a surgeon's hand. On the PC version of the game, the mouse is used to move the hand while keys are used to handle individual fingers. The game is available for PC, iOS, and the PlayStation 4 console, with each having slightly different controls.
"Surgeon Simulator" places the main character, Nigel, into a series of situations in which he has to perform surgeries. The basic way to complete the game is to remove the bad organ from the body and replace it with a new one. As soon as the new organ is in the correct position the level ends. The mission is failed when the patient loses too much blood.
"Surgeon Simulator" is played by using the mouse to move the hand of the surgeon over various objects and then pressing down the keys or buttons associated with each individual finger to pick up and move the object. Moving the object across certain parts of the body breaks them apart or moves them in a certain direction. The game is difficult due to its complex control schemes and situations in which the surgeon is placed, such as performing an operation in space. In addition to this, playing the game on different devices causes the game to be controlled differently.
