Play the Nickelodeon "Block Party" game by rolling a virtual die to determine the number of spaces you are able to move across the game board, and collect gold coins. Each space on the board includes different features, such as trivia questions or mini games, which award blue coins.
At the start of the game, you need to choose one of the available Nickelodeon characters to use as your avatar, such as SpongeBob SquarePants or Michelangelo from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." You then need to choose two characters to act as computer-controlled opponents. Finally, select a stage on which to play and the number of turns you want the game to last. At the start of each game, you receive 10 blue coins, which give you access to special abilities and areas of the game board.
At the start of your turn, you click on a die to roll it. The number on the die tells you how many total spaces you are able to move on the board. Your character automatically moves in the direction printed on the game path until you reach a fork. You have the option to choose from the available directions at each fork. Once you land on a space, you perform the appropriate action. The end goal is to collect as many gold coins as possible before the game ends.
