Hasbro is one of the largest toy companies in the world and was founded in the 1920s. It first gained attention with the release of the Mr. Potato Head toy in 1952. The company also went on to release the first ever action-figure toy, G.I. Joe, in 1964. As it has grown, Hasbro has gone on to take over other well-known toy companies such as Milton Bradley, Playskool, Kenner and Tonka.
