Full Answer

  1. Trace the dragon on paper

Choose a shape for the dragon. Trace the shape on green construction paper. To make the snout, make an arc on the paper by rolling the paper cup on its side. Draw a line to mark the edge of the cup as you roll it. Repeat for the other side of the cup. Trace the dragon’s head by holding the mouth of the cup against the paper. Cut out the shapes.you outlined.

  2. Glue the parts

Apply glue to the cup and to the paper arc meant for the snout. Hold the paper against the cup. At the back of the head, cut out an “X” shape at the center. The “X” must be large enough to hold a straw. Cut out the base of the cup. Stick the cup’s lip to the back of the head. Glue the eyes in place. Allow the glue to dry.

  3. Add the finishing touches

Cut red and yellow tissue paper in strips. Hold the ends of the strips from one side and glue them together. Use glue to attach the base of the strips to one end of the straw. Allow the glue to dry. Introduce the straw into the “X” at the back of the head. Draw the dragon’s mouth with the permanent marker.
