Make a cake in the PC version of "Minecraft" by placing three buckets of milk, three bundles of wheat, two piles of sugar and one egg on your crafting table. Cakes provide food for your character to replenish your hunger meter.
- Get milk
Obtain at least three buckets of milk by harvesting the product from a wild cow or captured cow. Right-click on the cow while holding a bucket to fill the object with milk. Have at least three inventory spaces open to carry the buckets.
- Harvest wheat
Gather at least three units of wheat from wild or cultivated plants by destroying fully gown wheat plants with a hoe, axe or other tool. Keep one inventory slot open for all three bundles.
- Create piles of sugar
Harvest wild or cultivated sugar cane by destroying the plant. Take sugar cane bundles, and place them in any slot of the crafting area to convert sugar cane into piles of granulated sugar.
- Obtain an egg
Find an egg near a chicken in the wild or on your farm. Chickens lay eggs periodically, and eggs are commonly dropped in the wild near chickens.
- Put it all together
Place the three buckets of milk in the top row of the crafting table. Put three bundles of wheat in the bottom row of the crafting table. Deposit the egg in the central spot. Fill the remaining two empty slots with the sugar to craft your cake.
