League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle arena game in which players select a champion to do battle with the opposing player or team's champions. Each champion has abilities and stats that differ from the others. In addition to champions, each team also has AI-controlled soldiers, known as minions, which spawn at each team's nexus; these minions battle enemy minions and champions and destroy enemy buildings. A player achieves victory by destroying the opposing team's nexus.
