By collecting pirate coins, players can level up characters and learn new abilities.
In “Spongebob Squarepants: Plankton's Robotic Revenge” for the Nintendo DS, players choose to play as one of five Spongebob characters, including Mr. Krabs, Patrick and Sandy. In this game, Plankton has created a new horde of evil robots and stolen the safe that holds the secret formula to make Krabby Patties. Players must locate the hidden keys before the secret to the Krabby Patty is lost forever.
