Is There Evidence of Magic Spells That Really Work?

There is some evidence that certain types of spells are effective in specific situations. A spell is also a type of prayer. Numerous scientific studies have been conducted on the favorable effects of prayer.

A study was conducted on 150 women with breast cancer. The women were split into groups based on different therapies. One group was prayed over from a distance without the knowledge of the participants. The positive outcome of these patients versus a control group showed enough statistical significance to inspire the launch of a second larger study.

Belief in magic is as old as humankind. Practitioners of witchcraft use spells and rituals to communicate with spiritual forces and effect change in the natural world. Spells and prayers create a spoken or unspoken symbolic link between a situation and the desired effect on that situation.
