One easy Christmas costume to make that does not require any sewing is a Mary costume. The required materials include light blue fabric, dark blue fabric, Wonder-Web tape, an iron, a stretchy hairband and scissors.
To begin, make a tabard out of the light blue fabric. An alternative is to use a blue pillowcase by cutting the lighter blue fabric into a long rectangle and then folding it in half. Use a paper plate as a stencil for cutting out the head hole. Bond the sides of the tabard together using Wonder-Web, leaving spaces for the arms on each side. Moving to the darker blue fabric, cute out a rectangle and hem the edges with Wonder-Web. Then, secure it on the head with a headband to finish the headdress.
