Customer support for XBox 360 Live is available by calling 1-800-469-9269, as of 2015. The support center is open from 9am till 1am EST, 7 days a week. This phone number allows customers to reach a trained support technician for billing concerns, canceling an XBox Live subscription and other issues.
Customer support is also available on XBox.com. To access the support center, go to XBox.com and click on the Support link located in the top menu bar. Once the support page loads, select the system you are operating, or if you have billing concerns, click on Billing.
Search through the featured topics and FAQ's shown for your issue. If the issue or concern is not found, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us. Choose from the list of options what the issue is, such as Billing or issues with an XBox 360 Live account. The page refreshes with more options for the given issue. Carefully read over the options and select the one that best matches your issue.
Once selected, two options will appear: Chat With Microsoft Support or Post On The Community Support Forums. If the Chat With Microsoft Support option is selected, a chat window will open, allowing you to talk directly to a support representative. The forums option allows other users the opportunity to assist you with your issue.
