Some two-player games that allow people to play from one computer include “Super Fighters” and “Stick Wars.” Both of these games are available to play for free on TwoPlayerGames.org.
In “Super Fighters,” players are pitted against each other and other computer players to see who is the best fighter. They use melee weapons, guns and bombs to take out their opponents. Player one uses the arrow keys to control character movement and the N and M keys to attack. Player two uses the W, A, S and D keys for character movement and the 1 and 2 keys to attack. At any point, the players can hit the “TAB” key to view the scoreboard or the Space Bar to restart the game.
In “Stick Wars,” players take turns controlling stick figures on the battlefield. If they choose to play co-op, they take turns placing the stick figures that they want to control on the battlefield. The game plays out in turn-based fashion, during which each player gets a turn to move one stick figure and attack. The stage ends when one team successfully kills all the stick figures on the opponent's side.
Players use the arrow keys to move the stick figures when it's their turn. Stick figures can only move as far as their stamina gauges allow. Players can choose which weapons they want to use with the number buttons on the keyboard.
