GoldingCraft.com provides rubber molds for Plaster of Paris in a variety of shapes. The molds are organized in four categories: animal molds, chess set molds, Christmas latex molds and miscellaneous molds.
The molds additionally work for molding powder, wax, soap, resin and any other liquid that dries into solid form. To cast the model, fill the mold 3/4 of the way with the plaster of Paris, then squeeze the mold and tap the sides to expel all the air in the mold. Once this is complete, the rest of the mold can be filled. The model can then be painted with any acrylic paint. Prime with plaster sealer before painting.
