"Blockhead: The Game" is a point-and-click adventure game found on Newgrounds.com and the creator's webpage, TheSwain.com, but the game is also playable on various other websites that support flash-based games. "Blockhead: The Game" was released in 2006 by Michael Swain and Komix.
"Blockhead: The Game" is an adventure game in which the player is tasked with leading around the main character, Blockhead, through a series of missions. The player serves as Blockhead's conscience, and his goal is to complete various mission objectives given to him throughout each level. The difficulty of the game lies in the fact that Blockhead does not always listen to commands. The player has to strategically come up with ways for Blockhead to obey commands while keeping him from getting distracted and leading him towards his mission objective.
As the level progresses, Blockhead's conscience grows more agitated with the character. If Blockhead's conscience gets too angry during the level, due to the fact that Blockhead is endangering himself or others, the game ends. The player is rewarded with points at the end of each level, and he is able to view a scoreboard to see various stats, such as how far he traveled, property damage and his total score.
