Bach trumpets are student to professional grade horns manufactured by Vincent-Bach, a branch of the Conn-Selmer instrument company. The Bach Stradivarius is the most well known among the Bach line of trumpets and has been popular among Jazz and Classical musicians alike for decades.
The Vincent-Bach Cooperation was founded by Vincent Bach himself in 1914 with the goal of producing higher quality mouthpieces for the professional trumpeter. The company soon moved on to manufacture horns as well as mouthpieces under the Bach Stradivarius line and was eventually sold to the Conn-Selmer Company in 1971. Vincent-Bach not only produces a number of trumpets but other brass instruments such as cornets, flugelhorns and trombones.
