Warren Harding's "Return to Normalcy" became a nickname for his campaign for the 1920 presidential election. Warren used the promise of bringing normalcy back to the country as his agenda.

Warren Harding was a publisher and editor. He also held various positions in government such as state Senator of Ohio and Lieutenant Governor of Ohio. During his time in government, the Republican party nominated him as their presidential candidate. One of his most famous speeches during the campaign was a cry for the country to see normalcy. Harding went on to win the election and became president of the United States.
