Tumbang Preso is a popular street game in the Philippines that has been played by children for decades. The game is also known as presohan and is commonly featured in Filipino TV series and movies.
Tumbang Preso is one of the many street games invented by Filipino children, together with taguan, piko, patintero, siato and others. The game requires three or more players who are provided with a throw-away object. The purpose of the game is to knock down an empty plastic container or tin. One of the players is drawn as the prisoner and he or she has to guard the empty tin and put it back when it gets knocked down.
