Photographs of Auschwitz are available online, in museums and in books. Websites such as VitualJewishLibrary.org and DeathCamps.info feature photographs of Auschwitz. Museums such as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. and the Holocaust Museum Houston in Houston, TX, also have extensive collections of Auschwitz photographs.
Other museums, including the Holocaust Museum and Study Center in Suffern, NY and the Museum of Jewish Heritage and its affiliate, the Auschwitz Jewish Center in New York City have permanent collections containing a large number of photographs, artifacts and films.
Books such as “Auschwitz: A History in Photographs” by Theresa Swilebocka and “A Pictorial History of the Holocaust” by Yitzhak Arad also contain numerous photographs of Auschwitz.
