Isaac Newton made many discoveries in multiple fields of science, including the discoveries of gravitational force and the three universal laws of motion. Although it is not accurate, Newton is often said to have discovered gravity when an apple fell on his head from a tree.

On top of his scientific contributions, Newton also worked in mathematics. He is largely responsible for the binomial theorem and calculus. His work in general has served as the foundation for centuries of scientific and technological advancement. Newton was an English scholar who lived in the later part of the 17th century. He was born in 1642 and died in 1726.
